Root Recovery Error

So I searched for an answer and I can't find it, but I know it's out here somewhere cause I have read it before.

Every time I boot into recovery mode, it just shows the little Android with an exclamation next to him, and boots back into Velocity. How do I get recovery to work again? Thanks in advance.

Reflash recovery again.
that will should take care of it.
 
I actually didn't have Fastboot. However, I used Death2All's guide on Unbricking the phone, and it worked perfectly.
