Root Recovery Problems

Just brought a htc desire 2 days ago and wanted to install MIUI-Au rom on it, So ive created a partition on sd card as required, then I've used unrevoked3 with the cutom img 2.5.0.1-barvo-slcd
the problem is I've installed the radio and went to go in recovery to install the rom and all i get is a white screen with the green htc on it. I can boot the phone normally but everytime i try to go in recovery i get this

sounds like its corrupted

re run unrevoked and choose clockworkmod 2.5.0.7 for bravo instead
also which unrevoked are you using?

i would also highly recommend amonRA 2.0.1
