Red circle with white dots on Pixel 7

I have a Red circle with white dots on Pixel 7 that does not respond to touch except to move it around the screen. Then it parks itself by the nearest edge of the screen. Any ideas as to what it is and how to get rid of it?

Thanks to those who pointed to LastPass. I do indeed have that running. I've set "Display over" to not allowed. It doesn't take away the icon. Then I tried "Accessibility" > LasPass (left it on) and found "LastPass shortcut". It was set "On" so I turned it off and the icon went away. Wonderful!
