Help Reinstall apps data from sd card after hard reset?

Phone: Samsung Galaxy 2, latest android.

Is there any possibility to reinstall app data (Tank Hero, Angry birds) from an external sd-card when the "move to sd" function have been used to copy the apps and then the phone (including the internal usb) has been factory reset?

The files in asec format. Anyone?

I'm afraid not. I know that Angry Birds stores high score data in internal memory, so it will have been lost with the reset. The .asec files are the actual game files only.

If you are resetting your phone, there are two ways to restore your apps back.
1. Use some backup app like Titanium Backup so you can restore apps after phone reset.
2. All your phone apps are collected together in your market library. Just go there ad push the apps once again to your phone (just half a minute job actually). Its a bit tricky because the install button for push is hidden.

The OP was referring to app data, not the apps themselves.
