Wow...wirefly accepting orders, user manual now posted on VZW website...all great signs. And yet corporate stores, nat'l. customer service, and bb still indicate no official word...what a comedy. Hope the joke's not on us! :)
 
So from the invoice above Wirefly does not charge Tax.. that could be a big savings if Verizon charges tax on the full retail price.
 
I prefer getting my device from VZW, since simple to return if problems and for the more compulsive- a day less to get the device (not that the delays should make people worry about another day).

Not to mention the WF deal only works with new accounts.

The $200 price shows for new accounts. Even at that, a $30 range difference is offset (to me) by having direct store support for issues or returns.

Added:

This device launch is the weirdest so far. Even with the infamous Inc launch, corp stores and our company rep had a heads-up several days before. Corp folks are the last to know for the TB.

They said they got rid of that program, so I'm going to have to break that to the wife. I'm thinking of going the "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission" approach.

You may want to double check ne2 info you got. You should get this last ne2. It's dc'd for new contracts after 1/16/11.
