[RELEASED] The 4.3 inch "Thunderbolt" aka "Mecha" aka "Incredible HD" from HTC...beyond coming soon!

Did HTC already announce their devices?

If so, I'm really disappointed. Inspire 4G and some other lame 3.2" device, and the HD2 coming to T-Mobile! (uh, ok?).

Please tell me HTC has more phones to show off...

.."Thanked Qualcomm, so yeah, single core"-Droid Life

BUMMER!

May have to see what the LG Revolution and Bionic have to offer, although I don't want anything but a bad ass, top of the line, HTC android phone :(

Very... Very. On all fronts. The first LTE handset not until March. That just sucks.

Not even that, but if these people gave me the powerpoint presentation I could have done it.. No real information about anything was released lol.

Engadget killed Droid Life with coverage. Have to say, while I love HTC and sense I wasn't impressed by the Thunderbolt (what little info we got) I'm more interested in the LG and dare I say even the Moto  (I HATE Motorola, always have)

I want the 20minutes of my life back I wasted watching that haha

No information that I already didn't know . The LG looks great I'm going to be checking it out. The March earliest release date for phones was a shock to me , I was thinking 2-4 weeks ... Thunderbolt still intrigues me but I'm really enjoying my Incredible with Gingerbread and with CM7 just around the corner I may just hold off till the spring. I want a bigger screen but mheee I'll live

The way it's looking at this point the thunderbolt looks as good as the LG & Samsung. The moto may edge for dual core, the samsung with amoled, the lg with 8 device mobile hotspot, but if you really want sense on your phone, I wouldn't feel bad about getting the thunderbolt.

As of now am on the fence between that & the bionic. Just waiting to see how much blur is on there. It sounds like they've got it trimmer than previous versions.

So basically we were not able to pull out any solid release dates OR LTE phone plan pricing from this conference? Major failure. One thing that I did pull from droid-life.com's recap blog post is that Verizon did indicate that they'd have 4 smartphones, 2 tablets, 2 mobile hotspots, and 2 netbooks all LTE-capable and available within the first half of 2011.

If March is the earliest that any of the devices will be available (presumably the Thunderbolt), then I might as well wait for the best of those devices to release if we're only talking about another 3 months. I've already waited 2 years to get my hands on an Android phone. What's another 6 months? I was stoked to get the Thunderbolt seeing how I was always impressed by the Evo. But really, it doesn't matter that much because any of the phones I get will be much better than what I have now. Even if it comes down to Blur vs. Sense, being able to root sooner vs. later, or any other like discriminating factor, it definitely will be an upgrade to what I am accustomed to right now.

Since I'm unfamiliar with both Blur and Sense, perhaps someone can enlighten me on what the differences between the two are and how much of a weighing factor should it be, especially for somebody completely new to android?

sadly it only has the 1 gig snapdragon. What a bummer considering its competition has a 1 gig dual core. Its like a 4g incredible....

Verizon device roadmap for 2011 (IMO) sucks. Best device seems to be the LG device the Tmo is getting- Tegra 2.

Snapdragon? Stupid. I bet HTC had a contract with Qualcomm to build X number of phones with Snapdragon.

Why isn't Vanilla Android made into a feature?! It should be!
