I like how they take a shot at basically the speculation over when it will launch. Do they expect everyone to just sit by the computer doing anything but (god forbid) reading up on leaks & speculation, until they grace us with their real info? To me it's a lil ironic that a communications company can't (or won't) communicate with their customers. It doesn't matter if it's phone releases, updates, or changes that affect plans or pricing.
When I called in to ask about what the magic number was for when they start throttling, at first she had no info, then said it will be dependent on the network conditions at any given time. Then she said "We always let our customers know when we make changes." I don't know about you, but the only places I have ever found out about changes Verizon is making is on tech blogs & forums, including after they're implemented. Usually any changes they have made are buried on Verizon Wireless' website and it takes a lot of digging to find it.
