I didn't see anything documenting an ir blaster on the Zmax.
Samsung TVs have wifi remote capability, the app for that is free, others do too.

Sadly it doesn't come with the Zmax... I came from the F6 which had that feature.. but im sure any Wifi capable one should work. (If that tv has wifi atleast 
)

If you use Windows Media Center you can install remote potato and use your phone to control your TV and Windows Media Center really pretty nice setup
The phone app is remote media center. it is all done over your home wifi so there's no special ir setup works really well once you get it set up.
