Remove NRG Energize (Exceller Android Loader + HaRET) and Install NAND

Hi, I just bought my first Andriod phone from someone. He had ROM NRG Energize installed for Windows 6.5 and also dual boot Android 2.3 (Exceller Android Loader + HaRET).

But I don't really need the windows 6.5 and I cannot get Android 2.3 to change primary email, tried to reset to factor settings (it doesn't work when i reset it and i also tried clearing data in App Manager)

So I want to get rid of NRG Energize and install NAND Rom and just want Android 2.3 using it.

How do I do this correctly? I mean remove NRG Energize and install NAND .... I really have no idea on ROM basics or how this works and don't want to ruin my phone (no warranty).

I wasn't able to find any article on how to replace NRG Energize with NAND :( ... Help!

1. you flash NAND, and "technically" you void the warranty, not to worry though, you can just flash WinMo and it will erase Android from phone, but the SPL will still be custom. There are TONS of guides to get you back to stock.

For Android, there are a LOT of things to keep in mind. I put together this guide to help out. Long, yes, but you'll have all that you need there.

Hope this helps!
