I'm guessing your best bet would be the all-things-root area for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.
I've gone ahead and moved your thread thread there since I believe you'd need to root your device in order to actually removed a pre-installed app (although some devices do let you disable apps from the Settings -> App function).
I'll let the good folks in this area that know your device best guide you, but I might suggest that you don't actually remove an unwanted app and instead disable (or "freeze") it--it makes it easier to restore to your device should the need arise (like receiving and OTA update).
I've used an app called no bloat free - it allows you to remove unwanted system apps. Also allows you to black flag them first, to ensure no adverse UI issues before you permanently remove apps.
That's all too complicated and time-consuming. Until someone comes up with a simpler method, I'll have to settle for removing them from the Home screen.
