Root removed apps folder?

So im using synergy and have noticed that when searching through my card with root explorer I came across a folder In synergy that contains all of the removed apps/bloatware. Question is why are they stored still and can I delete them?

For one to let you know what was removed in case you want to restore something but if you want to get rid if them you can just delete it.

yeah like sha4000 said some people just have to have the nascar app. and if so you can just install it if you want.
