Root Removing a kernel

So I'm on goldenmonkeys 1.1 I want to learn to remove it I didn't make a backup if I was suppose to I'm on android 2.3.3 btw

ok maybe its because i'm tired but i can't find the stock kernel at the moment so forgive me. but one way you can do to go back is to just wipe dalvik cache and cache and re-flash the rom. you will not loose data and you will get the stock kernel that cane with the rom. another way to do it is to just flash another kernel. of course make a nandroid backup.
