Im new to android & not electronically savvy to begin! Misplaced old htc hero & Im trying to set up the new one. I started with my active sync thinking it would be easiest since I had synced my google once before.
Not the case for me!
The new phone is trying to sync to the gmail the old phone was synced with. However, like an idiot, I dont have my password to access the old gmail because I didnt write it down last time I changed it, no recovery email, & for some reason its telling me my SQ answer is wrong... sorry, side tracking!
I cant figure out how to replace old gmail sync with new gmail address. Im sure its probably a simple task, Im just extremely frustrated at this point! Plz could someone help an old man!! Thankx
