Root repost recovery fill for h631 5.1.1

Can someone repost the link for the recovery firmware for h631 5.1.1. Androdfile download seems to not be a working option to get the flashable drive for my tmobile device. I bought my lg stylo last weekend and have a problem with getting a successful root. Can you also send instructions on how to root step by step. Im sorta new to this and dont want to brick my phone.. Someone help..
 
So the root tool keep clsoing out before root os completed.. I have no idea whats wrong.. I had hope until thos keeps happening.

So im clearly doing something wrong when doing this step.. So is there a how forum where i can root,install the firmware, etc step by step ..im fimilar with rooting just need exact instructions..pretty android savvy. Its just been a long while since ive done this and ways have changed.. So if you can bare with me .. What do i need to do..

did you already update to 5.1.1 10i?

I've already linked you to the guides we're all using which are pretty easy to follow...

Go here and follow the guide to flash the new v10i kdz update:

I have to say, the instructions on rooting are a bit confusing. It took me a second to figure out what the guy was telling us do and I've been rooting phones since 2009.
 
go into he LG_Root folder you unziped

look for ports.bat and run that

find your what "COM" your phone is on you'll see LGVZANDNETDIAG1 and then next to it you see COM with a number. Mine is COM3

now go back into the LG_Root folder and hold down shift while right clicking on your mouse. and look for "open command windows here"

When the command windows open you'll type in: Push_File.exe \\.\COM11 busybox /tmp/busybox

but swap out "11" next to COM for the COM number your phone was on. (Any of the commands that have COM in it just use your COM number not "11")

Then press enter. you should get something in the command window that looks like this:

C:\Users\juan\Desktop\LG_Root>Push_File.exe \\.\COM11 busybox /tmp/busybox
Author : blog.lvu.kr
File : busybox
Path : /tmp/busybox

UNLK : FAIL
OPEN : OPEN
TOT FileSize : 1048328

SendStart
WRTE : WRTE1048328byte sent

CLSE: CLSE

after that you then type: Push_File.exe \\.\COM11 lg_root.sh /tmp/lg_root.sh (swaping out 11 for your COM number)
hit Enter and you will get a line message like you just did before

then type in: Push_File.exe \\.\COM11 UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip /tmp/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip (swaping out 11 for your COM number)

hit enter again

now type: Send_Command.exe \\.\COM11 (swaping out 11 for your COM number)

hit enter

you'll now see this symbol: # next to it type: ls tmp

hit enter

it will say fail and the # will come up again. type: ls tmp

hit enter

you'll see:
UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
busybox
lg_root.sh
#
now type next to # : sh /tmp/lg_root.sh dummy 1 /tmp/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip /tmp/busybox

hit enter

you will get a bunch of lines of code and at the end it should say: ui_print - Done !

you'll then type: LEAVE

hit enter.

You are done the phone should reboot on its one.
 
So hey the first set of guidelines. Thats were o keep getting timeout at with message about . what does ot keep telling me the the root tool has stopped running after i start cse flash.

I dont see anything next to 5.1.1. and nothing under the software woth those varibles. I bought it this way and i havent received any udate ota. I dont think. Ive had it about 5 days now.
 
Can you go on your phone to "settings/About phone/Software info" and post exactly what it says under "Software version". Or you can just post a screenshot of that screen.
