Help Request a Replacement

What's their email? I can't seem to find it on their website.

I also am having trouble charging my phone. /:

EDIT: I ended up calling them and am getting a replacement in 3-5 days :)
 
Glad I'm not the only one who is having this problem about what to return. My original Triumph dated 7/11 began rebooting so I got it replaced in Dec. At the time the replacement they sent me was just the phone dated 6/11 and the sdcard. The only problem I had with the replacement was that the earpiece didn't work. I had to use a headset or speakerphone. So I finally got it replaced last weekend. This time new in box dated 8/11.

I have been going over and over in my head what I should return. lol. My 7 year old son is begging me not to return any of it because he has been playing minecraft on it since I got the new one. lol.
 
When I have had to return mine, I just returned the phone body without the battery, cover and SD card.

In other words, I did not return the back cover, the battery, the SD card or any cables.

Thanks, if anyone can verify this it would be appreciated. I don't want to have to pay anything because I didn't include a 6 month old battery that drains in 2 hours and a paper thin battery cover.
