touchwiz is samsungs proprietary ui, so that would probably be a no, same with sense, thats htc only. you can use different generic launchers though

mewwwi is just a framework patch ontop of cm. SO shouldnt be all that hard if someone really wanted to put the time into that fugly mod, but wont be me.

Well if I said please I don't think everyone is going to say no lol once we get cm fully working or at least BT and mms camera is a far hope lol but then maybe someone will have free time

I think if CM10 ever gets fixed that will be one of those things that get compiled for fun, if time allows so. As far as the Samsung SGS 3 Launcher, I will Upload it when I get back from New Orleans.
Who needs paranoid android when we have PAC-man rom lol :thumbup:
