Root Restoring back to stock for resale...steps?

I'm rooted, running a custom ROM, and have S-OFF and a custom kernel.

I'm looking to sell it (4 batteries, 3 cases, 1 external charger, all stock accessories, 8GB class 4 microSD).

In what order should I "undo" everything in order to recondition the Incredible back to stock? Is there a particular order that's optimal?

while rooted, put it back to s-on.. unrevoked

then get the 2.2 RUU, and run that from your computer and wala!
