Root Restoring Default Rom

I am trying to restore my old OV (with new screen) for my sister to use, but i cant finish the process without the activate app, all of the stock roms i have found only work with the old screen. Can anyone please direct me to a rom (for the phones with the newer screen) with the activate app working so that i may run virgin mobiles automated activation?

Edit: Currently the phone is running harmonia 2 rom

Harmonia 1.x is compatible with the new screens and is froyo so it can be activated.

The optimus v has came with two different screens. They each have different video drivers.

If you look in the All Things Root Guide sticky ^ you will see the Froyo ROM's for your Hitachi screen and drivers. Look for the ones that will work with 2.2.2
All Froyo ROM's have the activate app.
If your sister doesn't know too much about rooted phones it would be best to Use the Update to ZV9 Guide by Petrah to return to bone stock. This way she can't accidentally brick the phone.
