Root Restoring

I was runinng apex 1.3.1 and now I'm running rubix 1.9.5, my question is can I restore back to my apex nandroid but do I need to wipe data first or is it ok to just restore.
 
no bro.. just do a restore and you're set. No muss, no fuss. :) Happy New Year, btw. :D
