I am looking to return to stock, currently I am using cm7. I have a few questions before I do.
I forgot. to do a nandroid backup, cam I use one from on here, if so, does anyone have the link. Also, I use grocery iq and I have alot of data on that app, is there a way I can save that info and if so, how do I go about doing. that. Step by step would be nice, thanks.

Just flash Stock Rom fresh rather than recover, I would think that would go faster. As for backing up your app, download Titanium Backup and backup that specific app plus its data along with any other apps you'd like, excluding default ROM apps and Google Apps. I suggest you first read how to use Titanium Backup or search up a tutorial on YouTube, it helps knowing what you're doing, took me like 5-10 minutes to figure it out, worked like a charm.

Thanks guys. Have another question, when I go back to stock, how do I save all my apps that I have downladed from the market. I have downloaded quite a few of them. Is there a way to use titanimum backup to back up all my apps and data, then put them on the new rom?? Also, when I backed up grocery iq, it didnt have a option of backng up with data, it just backed it up, do I assume that it backed it up along with the data then?? I am using the pro version of titanimum backup.

Also, how do I find out if I have CWM already on my phone. I looked in es file explorer and couldnt find it. I had it on there when I rooted but I dont know if its still on there or not. Help.

You can't see the recovery in a file explorer.
Just boot into recovery and see if its the stock one or not...
-hold power button until menu pops up
-select reboot
-select recovery
-what do you see?

If you are not using the stock ROM (which is what I infer if your goal is going BACK to stock) then you have CWM on your phone. You cannot change ROMs without it (or another custom recovery).
