oh i got a question...if i get fascinate trough online, can I get another 30days

Looks like 9/8 online, and 9/9 confirmed release.

As far as I know, if you're buying a new phone on or off contract, you'll get the generic 30 day return policy at Verizon and/or Best Buy.

Good job on returning the HTC Incredible. I am selling mine and buying a Fascinate. My list of complaints about the Incredible is just getting too large.

If you already upgraded then u wont get the 30 day window to exchange for another phone. If you buy it full retail its the same way

hmm... i just sent my dinc via fedex, and they say my fund will reflect on my account..then i guess i will order my fascinate again...
LSS,I sent my device-got full refund(-35 restocking fee)-purchase another phone from verizon online store...i dont think this is exchange..
