Help reverse number

Numbers are shown reversed in all applications (SMS, Whatsapp and even contact notes). For example: instead of 21:30 i'm getting 03:12 (In SMS)
phone numbers are ok
Seems like os problem...

How can i fix it?

That is a strange problem. I would think a factory reset will probably fix it. That will restore it back to factory settings. You will have to reinstall your apps. You can use something like App Backup & Restore to make that easier.
