Rezound battery + Thunderbolt = awesome!

I can now make it through an entire day since switching to the Rezound battery. Yesterday I had 3hr 13min worth of calls, a few emails, a few texts, and web/Facebook and still had 27% battery remaining at 14hr 25min. Maybe my stock battery sucked but it wouldn't have been able to do 1/3 of that on a single charge...

I was at 18 hours with 39% left when I plugged my phone in this morning. The $20 for the rezound battery is well worth it in my opinion

I notice with the rezound battery, gps takes forever to lock (if at all). Thunderbolt stock battery installed, gps locks in 3-5 seconds. Anyone else experience this?

So the Rezound battery I ordered for my Tbolt came today.

I fully charged it about 45 minutes ago. The battery still shows 100%.

My Tbolt battery would pretty much immediately drop to the mid-90s.

Thank you! Was getting ready to upgrade, but the reviews for the GNexus was just so-so, with the man complaint being terrible battery life. I'll spring for the Rezound battery and wait for a true upgrade. Great, great find.

This battery is a noticeable amount better than the stock battery. The only problem I have is when charging the phone the battery meter is way for it only increases about 1/2 of what it should tried pulling the battery and still no luck, had it in the phone about an month and still having the same issue should be enough time to rewrite the battery bin phone is not rooted so i can't do it manually. So, great battery unless you charge a little off and on throughout the day because the battery meter will end up way off

Its always going to charge weird, but the extra battery life is certainly noticeable.

As for the batterystats.bin, that is just a logging file, it has no control over how the battery charges, or how long it lasts. There was an article by a Google dev explaining that 'calibrating' cannot be done by wiping that file, making all the calibration tools useless. Everything is handled internally by the OS.

Bottom line, however your phone reads the Rezound battery will not change. Just get used to it charging a little odd, and enjoy the extra battery life.

the odd thing is if i restart my phone when it turns back on it gives a pretty accurate battery reading. This makes me wounder how it can read the battery level fine when its turning on but not while it is running.

Is the rezound battery the same size as the thunderbolt stock one? I think im gonna order one but want to make sure it fits without buying a larger cover

Long ago I just bought the Extended battery and the Seidio extended case. And that is that no more playing games with my phone or worrying about this or that or if I can get a charge or a Rezound battery or any of those games you play.
