Help Rezound Boot Loop

NOTE:

Brand new Rezound 24hrs in went into a Boot Loop
Took about 25 reboots with battery pull to get a boot

Lasted for 12 hours went into Boot Loop again
Did a factory reset to get a boot.

Working now but headed to Best buy to return tonight
Debating on replacement or waiting for Nexus.

Other complaints
-stock battery lasted 4.5 hours (until 7% and it shut down) under heavy use -No blue tooth -no Wifi and screen at 50%

-Daylight outside screen is hard to see (even at 100% bright)
-Inside battery cover has exposed delicate contacts (prob antenna)

Pros
-Phone is fast when it works
-Feels good in hand
-Easy to type messages (compared to HTC Incedible 1)
-Camera is great
-Screen resolution is sharpest Ive seen (in sunlight screen is bad)

How do you do a hard reset? I cannot get out of a constant boot loop, even with a battery pull. Thanks

Starting to see post in forums now with same issue

Pull out battery and SD card put batt back in leave card out

Hold down sound volume button and on button until boot screen comes up

I did various boot options finally had to factory reset it worked

Same here. I've seen nothing on any of the forums I visit and I visit a lot of them. Not saying it isn't true, but just would like to know where you've been seeing these other posts.
