Hmm is it a hydra maybe? Hmm damn..... but then why would it be the domain of beasts? Or the place of meeting?

Hmm is it a court of law maybe? With the "body" and "head" being "decapitated" maybe? And result of chaos maybe?

I totally missed that riddle, the answer is a stable, right? Only reason I know is I have heard it before.
