Root Ringtone&Notification pack

Whats the best way to install and can i delete ring tones in the root? in this ringtone pack there's two of the same ring tones/alarms?
 
Ringtones are located in system/media /ringtones

Just paste whatever ones you want in that folder and reboot. You can also delete ones you don't use. Then reboot.
