so I stumbled upon this launcher at androidpolice and I thought it was very interesting, i've tried it out and it's unlike any other launcher I have seen, it completely changes the interface of the phone so all of your everyday tasks are right on your fingertips. I'm probably too much of a "power user" to keep this as my everyday launcher but I think its a very cool idea and thought I would pass it along.
p.s. it's still in beta so its not the smoothest launcher around

"Rocket Launcher aims to bring a new experience to using your phone. No more of the all so repetitive interfaces now found on Android devices, this app aims to heighten the bar of user experience by providing you with a slick and futuristic user interface."
