Root [Rom][5-26-12]Broken Out Spectrum 3.0 w/ Blitzkrieg Kernel

I went back to 1.3 this afternoon. I use my buletooth headset at work as the noise level I can't hear the phone ring in the pouch and miss calls.
I really loved the new rom was way smoother and faster. I don't know if it's any help but if I froze care home app the bt would not even come up working, but if i defrosted it bt would load but still got the snapping and popping when I received or made a call.Hope you can fix it as I loved the new rom and can't wait to reinstall.
Thanks for all your hard work on this phone it is the best phone I have ever owned and with your rom and kernel it is great.
 
Bluetooth is definately borked - I have re-f;lashed 3 times and each time the bluetooth audio was all static and digital noise.
 
clock zip worked great mt! thank you very much for that. I was a little concerned at first though because it took like 5 minutes or more to boot. I started to give up but decided to wait it out and it finally booted.

You're going to be angry at me for this...but now I wish the battery icon was next to the clock :P

no worries man take your time. Loving the rom and haven't had any reboots since flashing 2.0

Don't know what you changed to stop the reboots but it's working for me. And 2.0 is super smooth.
 
Ditto on the reboots. Looks like the apps are all.jiving with the ROM. I had sole issue with ROM toolbox rebooting the phone with restoring apps,but it was because I was trying to restore more than about 10 @ a time.
I'm not sure I like they slower charging rate,but we'll see.
 
Mt lowered the charge rate with 2.0.it's noticeable to me...it used to charge crazy fast, now it's slower.
 
Thank you so much for constantly updating this ROM and making it better each time!Running 2.0 and getting great battery life!

IMO the charge rate is still more than suffcient. I didnt like how warm the battery got when charging, it gives me a little piece of mind that im not gonna melt my phone while charging..lol
 
I just wanted to make a quik stop and thank the dev for all the hard work that's being put into this ROM. Up till march i didn't even know what "root" was lol. Now ive got Broken out 2.0 /w Popcorn kernel and sweet battery life. All the while only bootlooping my device once. haha. I will be donating man.....keep it up!
 
Just got my first random reboot with 2.0

had my phone hooked to the pc to get some pictures off of it and when I unhooked it it rebooted. Just thought I would report that.
 
Yea it looks like mine rebooted randomly last night, while on the charger. What's odd is it was in airplane mode and sleeping.
 
Great job on the 2.0. Performance is amazing and battery life is a bit better than the previous release.

I did have a few random reboots the first day but it seems to have stopped, for me.

But still, I love this ROM and appreciate the work you've done.
 
ran 2.0 all weekend around East Carolina University in greenville nc.... only found 2 problems.. it overheated on me once.. i have a cheap snapon case.. i was on a video chat outside about 85*F setcpu dropping the cpu 1 step every 5% battery by about 85 it gave me the temperature warning... hasnt happened any more since.... and idk if this was battery life or weather problem... but i was at 5% and it was raining outside... when i would try to make or receive a call. it would try for about 3 seconds and say call ended.. im home now and it works perfect...

these arent major problems.. but i put this thing through its paces this weekend

I have actually noticed my phone runs a little hotter on 2.0

Haven't had any temp warnings but I keep my phone in my pocket a lot and never have felt the heat on it before but since I've updated to 2.0 I feel the heat of my phone in my pocket. I actually started using my belt clip because of it. I don't mind it though because 2.0 runs so good.

I use rom toolbox to force CPU speed decreases when the temp goes up
 
5 minutes in the freezer cooled it down and no massive amounts of heat yet.... i used to use setcpu for that when i had a droid eris.. but since then ive never needed to use it
 
I too have broken Bluetooth as others have posted. I rely heavily on it. I hope that it can be fixed. Otherwise this is a perfect ROM
