Root [ROM] [ABANDONED] Unoffical MIUI V4 Mobster style v1.4

Love MIUI. Gonna flash as soosn as it's fully working.

Wait I remember on the Triumph, MIUI roms had significantly worse GPU performance because of disabled drivers or something. Is this the case here? I like to play PSX and N64 Emulators on my phone and they're flawless so far and I don't want that to be ruined :D

What happened was that gingerbread MIUI development was discontinued a while back before the new drivers for the Triumph's Adreno 205 GPU were added in CM7 and eventually all of the custom roms available for the triumph. These new drivers came from Ice Cream Sandwhich. So the bad performance wasn't related to running MIUI, it was just because the development was discontinued before the new GPU drivers were added.

So to answer your question, the GPU performance is not hindered when running MIUI, in fact, I get more performance with this rom than any custom sense rom I've tried.
 
For people looking for MIUI themes (not in Chinese...) check the xda android themes thread. There are tons of awesome ones there.

There are tons of pages, but I think there is an index of all the V4 themes in the stickies so check there if you are on tapatalk. Otherwise it would be somewhere on the first few pages.

Edit: Also, and I'll link to it when I get to my computer, there is an online Lockscreen converter that changes MIUI lockscreens in HDPI to qHD with the push of a button. Much, MUCH easier then resizing manually...

Does that have to do with the Radio Interface bug we have? That's going to be universal across all devices until we get a firmware update...
 
Don't know if anyone else tried this, but if you take this rom "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24187418" and use the anthrax kernel, you get an almost full rom. From what I can tell it just doesn't have 4g, 3d, and mms.

Show me CM9 with that method and I'll be epically happy
