+1 I've not edited the op at all, just uploaded new zip of the same name. Version may be changed in the rom itself but I'm not sure if I did or not lol.

I'm using broken out with the plague kernel. I'm trying to find out if PG updated the download for the kernel.

You need to have recovery on the phone first(ROM manager) install clockworkmod recovery +you must be root. You have rooted your phone already yes

All good! Welcome to AF BTW!
First download ROM manager here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.koushikdutta.rommanager
Then open the app and select
Flash recovery as seen here:

Then scroll down in app and make a backup before anything else(that way you have a good return point if problems ).
Here is some excellent info to help describe some.of processes.

Just remember backup backup backup..always leaves you an out so to speak

Now that I've got the rom installed can i delete clockworkmod back up folder?i can't move it to external sd.also if i can't delete it & i want to try a new rom do i have to back up again therefore taking more space?

No don't delete either of the clockwork folders(there is one on the internal as well as one on the external as as well).
Should be able to move it from your internal to external using root explorer or astro file mng.
You should always backup prior to flashing anything new just in case.
Room should not be.an.issue even.with only a 2gb external sd card

Thanx it worked from root explorer.one more question when i looked in the folder of cwm in the external there was nothing in there 0 bytes.is that normal or did i forget to do something?thanks again its good to know there's people oyt there that know what there talking about.
