Root [ROM] CTMod 3.80 (04/01/13)

only thing I can tell you is to reflash the rom bro, I haven't heard of anyone else having that issue. and unlocking works fine for me.
 
Everything still running smooth here, aside from the bluetooth issues. I don't use my bluetooth hardly anymore, so I didn't notice it until others chimed in. Mine can pair and connect, but I get the same system lag as others experience when it is switched on.
 
ok guys, the original boost mms fix I posted does work. you may need to do a factory wipe if it didn't work for you.

BoostMmsFix.zip

I sent myself a picture over 3g and one over wifi, both sent and both received.

this is how I set up my phone to get it working:

installed CT
rebooted to recovery
installed the fix
booted up
booted back to CWM
installed a kernel

Paired this with my old favorite Zeam Launcher, (I like hiding the status bar) and all I can say is wow.

But I get this "login fail" with maps, navigation...

I know this is mentioned elswhere, but I can't find it. Anybody know what link it is that points to the solution? Thanks

Look at your notifications, there should be 3 of them, you need to allow access for each of them then press back and you should be good.

Kewl :) I cannot wait to run this again when the bluetooth/lag bug is fixed...
It seemed like when that happened on my phone my 3G was randomly going in and out also.

Thanks again for all the hard work to make the marquee a better place to be :thumbup:
 
Looking forward to trying any of these when the BT gets fixed. Seems like a problem with both of the roms available right now.

If we already have CTMod and Kernel installed, can we just flash the MMSFix.zip or do we need to reflash CTMod then the fix and then the kernel again? Thanks.

Hmmm... I did flash that but was unaware the mms fix would solve the bluetooth issues.

It doesn't matter, I lost 3G today and had to wipe/format etc. to get it working again so , I think I will be going back to stock until one of these roms is working fully =) Great effort though, really look forward to options for this phone.

i think thats dependent on the person sending it isnt it? mine doesnt have them, only certain contacts who text me. I havent messed with any sms/mms settings at all with this rom, been running it since it came out.
