Root [ROM] CyanogenMod 9 for the LG Spectrum 4G LGVS920

Does this mean when I move to asia everything should work fine on a SIM I get from there?
50/50 chance. We still haven't fixed the issue with it not reading the LTE card correctly at boot. Right now we're faking how it reads things in order to get data working. If it's not reading the LTE card correctly, I doubt it will read SIM cards correctly at this point.

My 4G went away after some playing around with the phone. I tried to turn off radio and turn it back on with the button and my network type is on LTE/CDMA auto (PRL)
The data still won't come back! I saw someone else was having this problem and I'm not sure what to do from here.

Is that a trick to get data working? Because normal is LTE/CDMA/EdVo.
I am waiting and watching all of this unfold, have to have BT, when I see BT works again, flashing will commence.

For some people, it worked. Normal was LTE/CDMA/EdVo for me as well before I flashed but that option seems to be missing here and LTE/CDMA auto (PRL) is what lets the phone get 4g

Also (Off-topic I think): I keep receiving messages from 6250 and each message shows VZWNMN:x. The x comes as a different number each time. They come periodically throughout the day, does anyone know what the cause of this is? I assume it's related to Verizon due to VZW.

I had the same issue, it's something to do with contact sync on your verizon account. I don't feel like messing with it so I just blocked the number,

Thanks so much for all of the hard work that all of you (devs) are putting in to this project! I just flashed cm9 today to mess around with and, as this is my first experience with the ROM, I have to say that it is awesome!!!!!!I can't wait for full functionality. It's pretty much there for me except GPS. I can imagine that is not the easiest thing to work out. Thanks for putting in the time to get this on the Spectrum!

How do I fix the data issue? Do I wipe and then reflash?

go to dialer. *#*#4636#*#*

hit phone

the network should be LTE/CDMA/EvDo

If you attempt to change it with an app or in the normal settings. You will mess it up.

at least, thats what happened to me.

There is no LTE/CDMA/EvDo option there

Dial *#*#4636#*#* then click on phone info. You will get this screen -

Thats the menu you need to check.

Yeah, the Testing menu comes up and after I click Phone information it doesn't give me option to choose LTE/CDMA/EvDo. The only thing that used to give me 4g on this rom was LTE/CDMA auto (PRL)

If thats not working, the only other recommendation I've seen is dirty flashing CM9 again. Clear cache and dalvik, but NOT data. Then reflash. See if that works.
