I believe OP has moved on to another phone.
Try using the smaller zip(was built for the spectrum) and search for an updated ubuntu for a different device. They may have updated the ubuntu files

This would be crazy if someone could get a spectrum to run it and be viable

I'd like to see this updated for the latest Ubuntu Touch. They made some big changes to how it works with the CM base, so once the issues in CM11 are fixed, perhaps we can try another build?

Looks like it's using some framework from CM10.1. We had official support thru 10.1.3, so I don't think the CM11 issues (or improvements) would affect the build.

Paging D2A... I see you listed as the maintainer for i_vzw. Care to give this another go?
