i think this is the best thing out runs great and the camera problem is fixed when i installed this rom good shit......
 
Sorry folks. I've noticed a little adjustment is neccesary to notifications. Along with some other stuff I wanna work on.

Any feedback for me people? Any issues I haven't noticed?

Yes sir. Replace the no-frills with no-frills classic. That's what I did after I flashed this one. The classic version keeps the governors in place.
Nothin else cept that, Big D. Runnin real smooth & fast. What would happen if I set the sleep mode to 2, like what's offered in the #2 ROM? Would there be better performance? I'm also using unleashed kernel. My baby just does not like the plague.

dude, wait till im sober.. ill give you a full test and tell my personal opinionn of what really needs attention.. lol.. just reming me though.. i been drinking ;)

Changing sleep mode will be same as on #2. Better perf with the slight loss of batt

Ill add classic to the next.
 
Rom toolbox CPU controls may conflict with no frills. ± governors no stick with rom toolbox. Sooooo this is why I used two desperate light weight apps. If you need to tweak the build prop.. u can always edit it through root browser. Rom toolbox status bar icon editor doesent appear to actually edit the systemUI...so if you do change icons, its just one more process running, and we don't want that :)

All personal preference though... y'all can use whatever tickles your nuts or hoohas :)

So do you use rom toolbox? I really only use it for backup of individual apps that I can reinstall if I flash another rom.

I used to use it. Kinda sucks that the backups won't restore your data though... and a few things just won't work with the esteem.... but is a very good tool all around for root users

What root apps do you use?
The pro version of toolbox restores all my data also
 
dover i'm having trouble when i plug in my usb cable the phone starts going nuts open's apps flickering won't stop until i unplug the usb cable...just letting you know hopefully you can fix....thanks

Idk if this is what's wrong with yours but if the charger is messed up it will do that, or if it's the wrong charger I've seen it happen. :D:cool:

Alright Fans.... ive been working my arse off on this ROM, and fighting with a few things. I just have a couple more things to do, and one more prob 2 fight with.... and ill hook yall up with 1.4

still open to suggestions/additions
 
This ROM is enough to make me jealous of all you Esteem owners....not digging my Connect to much at the moment.

This ROM looks amazing! NICE JOB!
