awesome job d2a! i seem to be getting a force close error for gmail after booting. reflashed and still get force closes. any ideas? also will we also be able to use the no clock mod you made for velocity 1.0?

Same prob with the gmail i downloaded from the market works now.

how do the scripts work? like how you turn off boot sound? I typed the code then what?
besides that I love the ROM. it took me from 33% memory on Velocity to 61% with a few more apps. this is definitely a winner. looks nice with my gingerbread red icons
 
I got a bunch of fcs on the installed apps, titanium b.u. and gmail worked fine after i installed from market so im hoping it was a bad dl since i did it on my phone (used wifi at least) wanted to look in devtools and that too would fc. So im gonna give it another shot tomorrow. When i got more time. Looks wicked and i love the theme!

*and it has the same "preform" typo as velocity. Not nitpicking as i couldnt care less. Just thought id say something since nobody else did yet.

The "preform" typo is in the PowerOff menu mod, which tells you "Your phone will perform the selected option". Perform is spelled wrongly, as "preform". A very small bug, but noticible. Great work nonetheless, D2A.
 
Awsome I can actually overclock more on this ROM!!! Thank you for the ROM

Quick question when I go into terminal emulator and type in bootsndtoggle it says this:
Enable BootSounds? (1/0)

I want to turn it off but typing 1 or 0 and hitting enter doesn't do anything
 
Having trouble turning of the boot sound. I gave root permission tried changing the bootani . Could I flash a different bootspash listed in this post? I just get errors when trying to toggle sound.
 
Whats the error?

And the bootsplash is the skull you see on power on. not the animation.

Also, you could just go into build.prop and set ro.config.play.bootsound to 0 rather than 1 or just go into /system/media and rename/delete android_audio.mp3
