Its ok lol and it has to do with the mms app because on other roms the samething happens
 
Oh yeah and one other problem wifi Idk whats wrong but I fully wipe my data and cahce and installed the Rom and I try to connect to WiFi but WiFi doesn't turn on help ....

Did you wipe system in cwm?? Its in mounts and storage format /system.

You install ROM, and before first started phone, update superSU ?
If yes, wi-fi not worked, need update superSU after you first started system.

I'm so sorry bud, I've been really busy today. Haven't been home all day getting ready for my Police Officer interview. I read all comments and write down what i have to look at. Sorry bro, didn't mean to make you feel ignored.
 
add to last message
4) buggy toggles in quicksettings. you can't see their names except choosing "alternate toggles" style.
 
I flashed this ROM at 49% lol this is awesome

So far all of the 4.2 keyboards I have found for ICS only swype in English. :( What language are you looking for? Also about your toggle problem, does it not show up like this??

This is the first ROM I've flashed and I'm a bit confused.. I can't see the status bar, and the lockscreen is still the HTC one. Also, I can't go into system settings. What did I do wrong?

When coming from stock or a different ROM its better to do that. Wiping /system wipes your previous ROM. Its like a fresh start =) Try a fresh install, wipe system, data, cache and dalvik and see if that helps :D

If you want ON russian language in Locale Select , you need choice Русский

I was able to get it but its awkward. I totally get what you mean but I can't fix that :( if you have the language in English and choose the toggles you want THEN change to Russian you end up with this. That's as good as I could do bud. So sorry!
