In terms of camera on this ROM, the camera works (the camera button doesn't launch the camera app though).

Killah. (Please do not try it or make a backup of your work before doing it so you don't have to start from scratch again). But don't you think it is the permissions that makes the buttons not work. you see i played around with the camera and in stock, i changed it to a costum one and when i tryed to change back to stock.. the stock did not open with camera button anymore! it is strange i do not know why!?!?!

Don't worry , I'm not going to attempt that again, with the home button finally working. Right now I'm just ironing it out so it won't cause any problems.

Okay i am guessing this will be for CWM 6.0.3.2.
Do you know how i can go to 6.0.3.2 from 5.0.2.7 and note my admire is using a backup from 5.0.2.7 of killah_bean build 16. i think if i upgrade to 5.0.2.8 and then 6.0.3.2 without going to stock it will give me errors like it did before. but to summarize to make it easier, can you tell me how you did it? Thank You.

Yes it will be on cwm 6032, and the way I went by it was by installing cwm 5028 over 5027 then right away install cwm 6030 then go to cwm 6032, I got errors while on this , req0 said to wipe cache n reboot recovery and it worked.

so wait after i install 5028 do i reboot recovery or i just install 6032 right away.
Also remember that i am on killah_bean build 16. Won't that cause a problem with 5028 or 6032.

After you install 5028 just reboot recovery and install 6030 then reboot recovery and install 6032... Then wipe cache and reboot recovery again, that should clear the errors.

no offense but you should research more before you tell someone what to do. (no offense) because you see, if i make backup in 5028 with a ROM i installed with 5027 it will give me errors. Also, making backups won't fix my errors and may even cause more since i am making a backup of a 5027 ROM with 5028 and the rest, ETC. Plus, you do know backups take a lot of space and i have a 4GB on my admire since i am using my 16GB on windows phone so i would eventually run out of space and screw myself.

My apologies,and no offense taken. I was under the impression that a backup associated with the installed CWM was more important, hence my flawed logic. Thanks for the insight, I'll be a little more diligent in my research!

EDIT.. again: bricked it again... and my phones USB port is broken... what do i do now?
EDIT... yet AGAIN: installed 5.0.2.7 using a .zip instead of ODIN and got back to normal using a backup... what is going on?
NOTE: when i install 6.0.3.0 and reboot it stays in the "A N D R O I D" sign and dosen't move so i have to take battery out and start recovery again.. this happened in 6.0.3.2 also.
if you have a backup of your admire with the ROM how it comes stock (Stock killah_bean RC4 backup), killah.... that can save me alotta bricks but i'll keep trying until i find the cause of this. And if you don't have a stock backup of it then is okay (i also know you don't have to do it). But seirously is like my admire hates 6.x.x.x
Why do i think a backup install in 6.0.3.2 will work? i downgraded to 5.0.2.7 and had the cache problems again in it.. i didn't clear the cache or anything and went straight to restoring... when i did it worked! and i had to problems with cache or data at all!

Yes themes work with RC version. As for the installation process, if your on a ROM which is RFS based (which means you used recovery 5.0.2.7) then make a backup then simply wipe everything then install the cwm recovery 5.0.2.8 then reboot recovery , install cwm 6.0.3.0 then reboot recovery ... Now install cwm 6.0.3.2 , reboot recovery if you get any errors just wipe and reboot recovery. Then install the ROM , only method I constantly use.
I followed your instructions and my admire is stuck on the Android screen on reboot. I had cwm 5.0.2.7 working okay. This is what I did, installed 5.0.2.8 from zip, rebooted recovery, installed 6.0.2.8 from Zip, reboot recovery, installed 6.0.3.2 from zip, reboot recovery, wipe cache, reboot recovery.
I only have a backup of 5.0.2.7, tried to restore it but got a MD5 mismatch error. what should I do

use ODIN to restore 5.0.2.7 or download this... CWM-SuigintouLain - Download - 4shared then take battery out your phone.. put it back in.... boot into recovery... go to storage (or something like that)..... then click USB storage... connect your phone to USB to your pc and put the cwm-suiginlatin in your SD card.... then after you do this turn USB starage off... and flash cwm-suiginlatin... then reboot recovery... if it gets stuck on android screen take battery out and boot into recovery you should have 5.0.2.7 now and you just restore your backup. Yeah... that dosen't work for some of us...
the only way i see it will be possible for me and that guy that got soft bricked is for you to install your ROM stock into your admire..... then make a backup of it (stock ROM backup without any of your personal info) then we just have to go to 5.0.2.8 then to 6.0.3.2 and just install the backup and i am 98% sure we will have no more bricks.
or... if anyone else actually got to install the ROM or will install... if you do and it works can you make a backup and send it to me? thanks

Also, killah i am getting a brand new factory shipped admire on wednesday so i will try to not install any ROMS and install yours freshly to see if i still get errors

Wait I don't understand how your having problems with it. I went back to cwm 5.0.2.7 and installed a older build of the ROM , after that installed 5.0.2.8 on top of 5.0.2.7 without wiping and then went to recovery and installed 6.0.3.0 then installed 6.0.3.2 got cache errors so I formatted cache and rebooted recovery and it went away.

when i install 6.0.3.0 or 6.0.3.2 and hit reboot recovery to get into it.... it just stays stuck in the "A N D R O I D" screen of CWM so i have to take my battery out and back in so i can boot into CWM... i think thats the problem.... also when im on 6.0.3.2 i do clear the cache and reboot it but when i flash the ROM and reboot it just stays in the samsung thing that says "Samsung SCH-R720" and it dosen't move from there EVER... plus if you could do it then that means you can make a backup.... i think thats the only way i will get to use the ROM... by installing a backup that either you or someone makes of the RC4 ROM

If you cant install rc4 on cwm 6xxxx then try it on cwm 5.0.2.8 because I just reverted back to that version and it installed OK
Even booted and still running.

wait.. firstly is there any difference if i install it in 6.0.3.2 or 5.0.2.8 and secondly.... the new admire i got is not FF18 it is FI25 but it is still from metropcs...(Note: i also got this straight from metropcs..) will it go wrong if i try?

That I do not know... But the reason why I said you can also use cmw 5.0.2.8 is because I tried it and it worked also idk if it's your device that don't like cwm 6xxx...

i had the FF18 before but i told you i changed my phone today which brought FI25 but now ima try to install from 6.0.3.2 and if if ima install from 5.0.2.8 after i root this new baby.
EDIT: W...T....F..... in 5.0.2.8 it is still stuck in the SCH-R720 screen.... ima have to give up
btw i noticed in your pic it says killah_bean-RC3 not RC4... maybe thats why?
EDIT: OMFG I GOT IT OMGOMGOMG I KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!!!! IF WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HAPPENS TO YOU YOU JUST HAVE TO INSTALL STOCK++ THEN THIS OVER IT
(install stock++ in 5.0.2.8 then upgrade to CWM 6.0.3.2 then install killah_bean or some features won't work on 5.0.2.8)
