This is not a Liberty issue, it's an issue that came up after the last update. All you have to do is go into settings and uncheck access control. It does suck, I've been wondering when they will come up with an update to fix this.

yes that's not a liberty thing but it still works. I just hit ok and have WiFi Infrastructure mode for my Galaxy Tab. It's a beautiful thing!

It just means you can't use the Access Control function of the program.
