Root Rom Manager Backup time

Okay so I reverted back to the backuped original rom, I want to know what I need to do before flashing velocity again in order to keep my contacts and apps on the phone, if someone could give me a list it would be wonderful! Thank you in advance!

Figured it out going to run backup now! also quick question when I got phone I just got contacts from the verizon backup assistant so my contacts arent listed under my google account, how can I do this ?

Titanium Backup will backup your contacts if you chose to backup 'all user apps + system data'.

After the backup is done, scroll through the list it created of all of the backups, there should be a contacts one somewhere in there.

Yes, it'll create a folder called 'TitaniumBackup'.

okay got that done, now what about getting things like my facebook app back and the alarm clock that came on here I see them on titanium but why can't I put them back on?

Did you run the restore process through Titanium?

yea although it did not restore certain items also when I try and open angry birds it says the phone has no space although I have like 2 gigs free on sd

basically it restored most of them but I have a lot of apps at bottom of list with a line through that I can't get to and it won't let me hit restore

Are they apps removed by velocity? In the velocity 0.3 thread there is a list of what is removed. Under the list there is a small button that says show. Click that and it give you directions on how to restore them.

You should be able to press on them and select the restore option on the left.
