Root ROM Manager Problems

rom manager IS as problem
boot to recovery properly by holding "voldown+power" using vol down to select recovery and press power to enter it.

This will take you to your proper recovery that got flashed when you rooted the device

rom manager is a fake flash recovery

i flashed back and everything stayed the same except a black
triangle appeared in the notification bar and i cant connect to network
really appreciate any help
