DO I NEED Rom Manager !! TO PLAY MY EMULATORS ?.....

AND WHAT DOES Rom Manager actually DO ?.........

ROM Manager is not for emulators. It's for rooted Android devices. In the Android world, a ROM is an image of the operating system. People flash custom ROMs when they are rooted to customize how their phones work.

There are ROM managers to keep track of Emulator ROMs on a PC also. It reads and sets info in the ROM like ID tags in MP3s.
