I believe it is 4.0.3 or 4.0.4. Not sure which, But its one of the two.

Is google now fully operational? Is Google hangouts operationable?

Google hangouts works on harmonia which is 4.0.3.. So there shouldnt be a problem running that on this ROM too.. Not sure about google now though.. I dont use it.
