Root [ROM]{MS840} Number_Two v1.8 ~ ZVA

The "seeder" tweak is suppose to help with "lag" in gaming and apps. There's an apk for it on xda, no problems so far and a lot less lag.

Yeah I seen the app and read what it does in the link I posted but I have never used it before. How long have you been using the app with this device? If you don't get any reboots using it then its gtta be one of the build.prop tweaks causing the reboots on the unofficial 1.7. I gave up testing it because almost all of the tweaks can be found in PmR, thanks for the info on the tweak.
 
Ok ldrifta can you send me a link to download the 1.6 and 1.7 but the link to dropbox is disabLed so I'm not able to download on my laptop or cell device
 
Hi.. I've been following this forum since i got my connect back in june.. i've installed all the roms available for lg connect i finally have some useful info that may help with bluetooth issue on 1.6.. i always got it to connect to a headset but fc when pairing to send a file .. i was playing around in the system apps and noticed that there were two bluetooth share apps com.broadcom.bt.app and com.android.bluetooth well i force closed the com.android.bluetooth and i immediately tried to pair an d send a file and it worked without a prob

Sorry man I haven't downloaded yet because I didn't see it as a big enough difference from 1.5 to do so. If you want I can upload 1.5 for ya?
 
yeah sorry guys.. dropbox suspended me for 3 days and dev-host isn't working right now.. i dont want all my stuff scattered out in different sites but if someone has a copy feel free to upload it for the community :D, sorry for the issues

I haven't had any Wifi/4g spacing problems yet :D
I'm on the official 1.6
 
I put version 2 (1.5) back on last night, lets see what happens .BTW how do I get rid of the "Droid" sound after. it boots up? How do I change the transparency of the pull down status bar and I have noticed that when I was using black plaque I could put my cpu at 1.5ghz but on v2 it won't go past 1.1ghz in ROM Toolbox pro....

well you need to flash an OC'able kernel in order to OC.. and what droid sound? i did no such thing...

the transparency is a few images in the framework, need to edit them manually
 
I got a droid sound after booting too but that was because I didn't do a full wipe and I had a notification, (missed call/text) come through again lol!!! Maybe that's it, unless it happens after every reboot, in that case I would wipe cache in cwm
