Following the directions I got the play store working again. The clearing of all the caches and uninstalling the updates part.

Now you see why I encourage people to use one of my newer roms lol. Katana didn't get all the fixes and updates that the other roms did. As long as your happy though.

Samurai is pretty much the same as Katana only way better, trust me it's an easy transition once you see how bad ass Samurai is.

Imo no "no-name" electronics are ever worth it. I've always been one to want to dump the extra cash to have name brand reliable items.
