can you let us know where the clockworkmod is available? it would solve a lot of headaches even without a custom rom. things like accidentally deleting system apps and dtuff is easily fixed with a backup.

It isn't completely finished yet which is why we haven't posted it... the headaches won't go away unless it works correctly.

You wont be able to OC unless there is a custom kernel. To be honest, I wouldnt be too sure it could land.

Lets hope it does.
