Holo, plus REMOVE that privacy tab quick, and yes that will solve the boot loop error everyone hgets from factory reset. But have a question for you i was looking thru the API to get the widgets in launcher feature to be added just like nova launcher use in ICS. Caught a head rush looking at that stuff, any ideas?

You should consider adding Go Launcher - there are a ton of themes you can get through it so it won't be so hectic on you plus a lot of people use it or have used it before. Personally, I like all of the extra customizations with Go Launcher that you cannot do with a lot of other (most) launchers.

LG home v2 grew on me real quick. like the fact that you can change all the icons and theme it yourself. just gotta modify it to remove contacts icon and replace it with market. if you need contacts, you just hit phone button, so its pointless. i also waNt to try and add web to that launcher bar.
i still have go launcher installed, as you can put whatever the hell you want on launcher bar, awesome screen transitions, 5x5 icons in drawer, and tons and tons of other home and drawer tweaks

And ADW Ex is way better than Go Launcher ex, got adw ex for $0.10.

Yeah you can do anything with that launcher. Main thing i liked was changing the size of the icons.
But holo works as smooth as glass with me even though some people complain that it lags. I think they just don't know how to use it. Lol cause i can't make it lag to save my life. They prolly got 50 apps running and don't know why it lags so they blame it on holo. Lol

lol thanks, i actually haven't really changed anything major in the last 2 versions.. o and the whole changelog is available, you just have to click the 'show' button..
the main difference of thse last few updates is removing some of the themed apk's and replacing with stock, which actually made them perform much better since was no errors or anything for them to open..
and the funny thing is they always work great for me.. im not sure if it's the hosting site or just individual devices but honestly it seems like with every new release, comes new issues that are always irrelevant to what was updated.. so my honest opinion is if you did NOT wipe data & cache and format internal sd.. than all your issues are user-end related, because me and a few other people seem to never come accross these issues that everyone else does..
im not trying to sound like a dick or anything but it's true.. ill release an update with a minor theme change and all a sudden people are complaining that there music wont play.. so it's like what the hell am i supposed to do about that? my music plays just fine lol... gets stressful when it's always a problem that can easily be solved by wiping and formatting everything for a fresh clean start
Yeah...changing apks shouldn't create these kind of issues unless the themed versions were updated...idk...and I've tried everything you've suggested in the past as far as wiping goes...data, cache, system, emmc, and dalvik (despite another dev insisting that I shouldn't have to) and the browser speed is still nowhere close to v2.1...I wanted to believe that a fresh start was the cure but sadly its not...I must have one of those lemons as well

The only change for me has been a replacement phone. Used ezwipe then flashed.
Going to try 2.1 on this phone. My old esteem loved it!

You know I'm glad you said this.
Almost ALWAYS it's because of something the person did or DIDN'T do that causes the problems. People also forget that other apps can cause issues on the phone and NOT just the framework or the internals of a ROM. Poweramp for example. That app would throw you into a boot loop just by installing the damn thing. haha
The whole SD card thing was purely coincidence with CWM and it's new style of backing up being the culprit.
Regardless. I am gratefull and I know there are some that truly appreciate what you do and what you put together for us and we ALL appreciate it. Seeing whos donated and who hasn't will tell you that.
2.4 is by far the best yet but Im sure you've got some things up your sleeve soooooooo when can we expect 2.5?

LG Browser is getting un installed. I always check by battery graph everyday to see how many hours I got that day... I've never had an app show up here and especially not at 65% and I leave apps running all the time and none ever show up here.
Never once have I seen a browser in the usage. Wow. That sucker has to go asap.

correct me if i M wrong gentlemen, but could it be that.... this is only showing up in the bat app because this is an LG application? i would imavine that any market applications used would show up on the graph as "application" rather than showing a specific application.
