Did you try using it from the home screen? It works when I use it on the browser mode once I'm on the home screen it does not

At least for me; the actual button at the bottom right of the phone doesn't pull up google search

Yes is the actual search button at the bottom of the phone it only works on the browser option but let's say if you are on the home screen and want to click search that is when it does not work.

Yes is the actual search button at the bottom of the phone it only works on the browser option but let's say if you are on the home screen and want to click search that is when it does not work.

it works for me with no issue. I just flashed the rom over my stock rom with out doing a full wipe and everything seems to be working, when i did a full wipe first I had things not work.

I'll do a fresh install and see what works and what doesn't, maybe that makes a diffrance.

Tried it this morning. Worked good. Went back to Brokenout though as it fit my phone better.

first let me thank you for all your hard word and sharing it with us here
i found an issue, when you open the browser and go to settings, then click more, a black screen comes out but the settings list for the browser doesnt show up ( set your home page, etc etc) they are there because if you press the black screen it works, but you can not see the settings, also it would be nice if you could include the navigation, maps and tethering applications in there.

by the way the websites load super fast with this rom, i had broken rom, and it was very slow loading websites.

ok so i did a full wipe... and boy does my bum feel clean.. umm erm I mean and the connetic search button doesn't work from the homescreen, when i flash this rom over my stock rom with out doing a factory reset the connetic search button works.

hey guys thanks for all the feedback!! i promise im working on getting the su issue worked out along with some other things

on a side note:
PLEEEEEEASE show your thanks to MT!!! this rom is using his mod's so any thanks you have towards performance should honestly go to him!!

i did make a few alterations and additions of my own, but 99% of the work is his, but thank you all!!

second note: i am working on it!!! lol all listed issues i promise im ironing them out wish i had a secretary lol any takers???

ok so i fixed the su!!! and i think i know whats up with the search button... i have google search in data/app instead of system and i honestly think that is the problem lol other than that im gonna start playing with the ui a little more and see what i can do about more battery lol
