Root [ROM][PORT][ALPHA] MIUIv4 ICS Port | Weekly Update: 2.6.1 | Version: 0.9.0

That is very very very wierd. I'm going to upload V0.3.6 for hotalings(my phone is going dead) to test...
 
ok if it helps I downloaded rom did all the wipes mounted system but could not wipe system could not find a spot for that.... then installed was taking to long to reboot so I pulled battery the went back to cwm and did factory reset took a couple min but it booted a min later the text came in... hope this helphelp

Maybe it works for a few seconds on boot up and then shutsdown. So maybe its turns on just long enough to get any text waiting to come in
 
Well it seems touchscreen works properly now along with bluetooth, home key might be working now too. Also, when we update from MIUI ICS 2.2.3 to 2.2.10(Modified Version) it is nice update, very useful, improves on the MIUI 4.0 feel.

Edit: Once I get Cell signal and 3G working, I'll give you give a close version of 2.2.10
 
so i rebooted it again and had wife send me a text and it came in showed the number time was off but showed what she sent so i was playing around for about 20min then hade a friend send me another text and it also came it i did my beast to send a sms but did not go. but i hope this helps finding out what might be the prob.... thanks for all your hard work i am going to love when this is beta " i'm NOT asking for eta"

I doubt a beta would be close by lol standard ics isnt even out of alpha yet

Well technically it already does. Mainly since Miui has more personalization features than what the cyanogenmod team puts into cm7/ cm9. And cm9 is still a work in progress and doesn't have all the options added in.

First we have to get the phone.apk to stop fc again. Then a better test can be done. I can say its smooth already o austrie the home is working in 0.3.6.
This going to be an amazing release lol I say bigger then ics itself
