Root [ROM][PORT][ALPHA] MIUIv4 ICS Port | Weekly Update: 2.6.1 | Version: 0.9.0

Well now that have had a taste of miui 4.0 courtesy of austrie I'm flipping my sh** lol its just awesome.

On another note
Austrie are you going to make a custom kernel for miui 4.0, because if you do and its anything like your speeddemon kernel this rom. Is going to be off the darn charts and sick as.... well you know.
 
May I ask what ROM you ported this from? If you happened to have ported it from the Desire S ROM similar to what Isaac did, then you should try applying the CM9 fixes to your MIUI v4. You should probably try that regardless...unless you already did.
 
Sorry guys no new news on anything yet. I haven't heard anything from austrie is a day or 2. So maybe he's busy on something else or some other something lol.
 
Sorry guys, my phone port died(stinking mother ... phone), so I got a battery charger till I get a new phone. I have another, Version for hotalings to try.

My phone now has this problem of shuttting off by itself when I turn it on... It's amazing this phone is still 299 in stores...

Well good luck on your new one... cm just send me a brand new triumph in retail box. I hope you get one like that too
 
I'm sorry, I am sure that this has been answered, but I have had a lot going on in my life. I have done a video on this ROM, but I didn't release it yet b/c I want to verify that my results were standard.

Basically, I can't swipe anything: I can't swipe up or don on the lnaguage selection menu, and I can't swipe the lock to unlock the phone.

Instead, I can see a circle displaying where the device is detecting a touch, allowing me to line up my touches...but even doing that, I can't swipe.

Anyway, sorry to ask something that I am sure has been answered, I try to NEVER do this, but I just don't have time.

That is normal for that version.
 
3g works and network works, wifi, Bluetooth working, touchscreen, and updated. Rom to 2.2.10. When I move my phone a lot it turns off, so I can't type. In perfect grammer. I need a new phone. A lot more stuff works... typing from phone
