The main problem is ur chipset :p
None of such phones have CM ! ( leave MIUI, Its not (yet) open source If u r unaware ....)

the ramdisk, i do not completely agree that it is un-extractible !
I still Have hopes :) and i think it is possible ... [ but will require a lot of time for R&D ]

But rareness of availability of some pngs which specially belong to a dual Sim device is the issue.
But I will find a way sooner ( I succeeded in decompiling and modding stuff :p)
And yeah will do all that only after my exams which will end at 2nd April :D

can u throw following things in my pm box from your xperia?
1.Contacts.apk
2.framework-res.apk
3.Settings.apk
4.SystemUI.apk
and yeah compress them very tightly and make the size as small as u can
